Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.

To request one, email CoolestCook@gmail.com with your order number and a quick rundown of the issue. No interrogation, no attitude.

This policy may be updated occasionally. For the current version, just ask.

And for best long-term results: follow the washing instructions. Your shirt deserves the same care you'd never actually give your cast iron.
